Communicating with school - suggestion box

Picture 1

There are a number of ways you can talk to us.

First, decide who would be the most appropriate person to see.  In most cases, this will be your child's teacher.  There will be circumstances, such as queries about money, where Mrs Cozens (in the office) is the best person to speak to.  On occasions, you may wish to speak to Miss Davies, the head teacher or even the chair of governors.

Arrange a time to speak to the relevant person - it could even be there and then!

To contact school you can pop in, telephone (016973 51384), write a note in the blue home school book (or a letter) or even e-mail office@bowness-on-solway.cumbria.sch.uk or Miss Davies' e-mail head@bowness-on-solway.cumbria.sch.uk

There is a query form on the website (Parent Forum) that you could use and now there is a suggestion box for parents and carers in the entrance hall.  Use the suggestion form provided or write a note and post it yourself (or ask your children to do it for you).  General suggestions received will be regularly addressed on the newsletter.

Of course, there are still 3 parent evenings a year, a full report in summer and mini reports before the Autumn and Spring meetings, as well as information on this website!
